Job Summary
Owning the infrastructure behind Turkish products, the full-time Senior Platform Engineer will run production Kubernetes workloads on AWS, lead the migration of relational databases to EKS, and ensure compliance with local regulations while working remotely from T rkiye.
Key responsibilities
- Run the Kubernetes platform for Turkish products, managing node lifecycle, upgrades, and autoscaling
- Lead the migration of relational databases from RDS to EKS, ensuring successful cutover and rollback strategies
- Maintain compliance evidence for data residency, encryption, and audit requirements as mandated by local authorities
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience operating production infrastructure
- Expertise in Kubernetes, including running both stateless and stateful workloads in production
- In-depth knowledge of AWS services, particularly EKS, networking, and storage
- Experience with GitOps practices and deployment strategies
- Proficiency in professional English (B2+) and native Turkish
