Seeking a full-time Senior Platform Security Engineer, this remote position will manage security and compliance for the Platform team, advocating for security requirements, building automated security testing, and overseeing cloud monitoring tools.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as a security advisor during sprint planning, architecture reviews, and product design discussions
- Build and maintain automated security testing and enforcement in CI/CD processes
- Audit application environments for compliance and implement cloud detection and response monitoring
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or equivalent experience
- 8+ years of experience in DevOps, software engineering, or security engineering
- Proficiency with CI/CD platforms and infrastructure as code tools
- Hands-on cloud security experience across various platforms including AWS and Azure
- Experience with automated application and infrastructure security testing and policy enforcement
