Senior Platform Specialist
Job Summary
To support the global rollout of the Blue Yonder TMS platform, the full-time Senior Platform Specialist will manage advanced project support, resolve issues for business users, and ensure seamless platform maintenance while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Quickly learn and understand core business processes and underlying systems within trucking markets globally
- Partner with business and technology teams to analyze, document, and translate requirements into effective solutions
- Coordinate project resources to ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining budget constraints
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 12 years of IT experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related business area; MBA is a plus
- In-depth knowledge of Blue Yonder's TMS SaaS solutions, including TM and TMOD
- Strong understanding of transportation, logistics, and supply chain processes
- Proven project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
