Senior PMO Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the successful delivery of complex healthcare programmes, the full-time remote Senior PMO Analyst will coordinate PMO activities, strengthen governance, and provide accurate reporting while driving PMO best practices and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate PMO activities and strengthen governance for complex IT projects
• Produce accurate reports and presentations for executive-level audiences, including status and governance reporting
• Facilitate PMO assurance activities, such as stage-gate reviews and project health checks, while recommending continuous improvement initiatives

Required qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience as a PMO Analyst with a solid understanding of PMO functions
• Formal PM certification (PRINCE2, PMP, PMO/PMBoK, or equivalent)
• Deep knowledge of project management frameworks, including Waterfall and Agile methodologies
• Proficiency with PMO tools such as MS Project, SharePoint, JIRA, and advanced Excel skills
• Relevant experience in project management offices (PMOs) within a government environment
