Senior PMO Analyst
Job Summary
Working remotely, the full-time Senior PMO Analyst will provide analytical support for the Enterprise Information Systems Office, focusing on Microsoft licensing utilization, entitlement management, and data analysis to optimize product usage and inform leadership decisions.
Key responsibilities:
- Administer and monitor the Microsoft Admin Center and Entra ID environment for enterprise agreement governance
- Conduct utilization and trend analysis of Microsoft licensing and product usage to identify optimization opportunities
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations that translate licensing and product data into actionable findings for leadership
Required qualifications:
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Admin Center and Entra ID administration
- Experience conducting license utilization and trend analysis within an enterprise Microsoft 365 environment
- Experience working with software licensing, entitlement management, or product usage data
- Familiarity with Microsoft entitlement and feature research processes
- Bachelor's degree in business, information systems, or a related discipline
