Senior PMO Manager

Job Summary

To support a long-term project in renewable energy distribution, the full-time Senior PMO Manager will coordinate the project management office, oversee project controlling, and manage stakeholder interactions while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Organize and manage the overall project coordination
• Oversee project controlling, including timelines, budgets, and resource management
• Monitor critical project milestones and manage risks and escalations

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in complex project or program environments
• Experience in PMO settings and stakeholder management
• Strong knowledge of project controlling
• Fluency in both German and English
• Experience in governance and committee management
