Leading forms drafting for personal auto or property lines, the full-time Senior Policy Forms Analyst will independently draft state and product forms packages while setting drafting standards and utilizing AI-assisted tools in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Draft complete new state and product forms packages, including base policies and endorsements, ready for filing
- Research state statutes and regulations to ensure compliance and clarity in policy wording
- Establish drafting standards and reusable templates to enhance efficiency in form production
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of policy form drafting experience
- Experience drafting personal lines policy forms across multiple states
- Ability to read state insurance statutes and convert requirements into policy language
- Proven track record of independently drafting complete forms packages with attorney review
- Experience drafting responses to regulator objections on form filings
