Senior Population Health Analyst

Job Summary

Leading complex business and data analysis for a technical population health management service, the full-time Senior Population Health Analyst will ensure client intent is translated into implementable solutions while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Lead discovery and analysis for complex population health capabilities, defining problems, scope, and outcomes
• Plan and recommend business processes and service improvements by synthesizing various perspectives into actionable options
• Create and govern high-quality requirements and analysis artifacts, ensuring traceability and clarity in communications

Required qualifications

• Six or more years of experience in business analysis, healthcare analytics, or related fields
• Demonstrated experience leading complex requirements and process-analysis efforts across diverse stakeholders
• Advanced practical experience with Jira, Excel, and SQL or equivalent methods for data validation
• Bachelor's degree in business, health administration, public health, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
• Ability to influence without direct authority and present complex recommendations clearly to clients and leadership
