Senior Portfolio Manager

Job Summary

Providing executive oversight for programs and projects, the full-time Senior Portfolio Manager will ensure timely and budget-compliant delivery of services while managing personnel and fostering customer relationships in a remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee program and delivery management, ensuring projects meet contractual requirements and customer expectations
• Serve as the first-line supervisor for assigned employees, facilitating performance management and professional development
• Develop and execute strategies for account growth, identifying opportunities for expansion and maintaining strong customer relationships

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field
• 7-10+ years of experience managing consulting or professional services teams, with at least 3 years in federal programs
• In-depth knowledge of security domains and familiarity with compliance frameworks such as NIST and ISO 27001
• Experience with project management methodologies and tools, with industry certifications like CISSP or PMP preferred
• Ability to hold a federal security clearance is required
