Senior Post-Production Coordinator

Job Summary

To support a growing post-production pipeline, the remote Senior Post-Production Coordinator will manage operational workflows, coordinate across multiple creative teams, and ensure efficient tracking and delivery of content assets.

Key responsibilities:

• Coordinate post-production efforts across various creative resources and content workstreams
• Track projects from asset assignment through editing, review, and final delivery while maintaining visibility into priorities and deadlines
• Build and improve post-production workflows, ensuring efficient organization and management of assets and processes

Required qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in post-production coordination or a similar role
• Strong understanding of the full post-production lifecycle and asset management systems
• Experience in building or improving post-production workflows and systems
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud and common post-production tools
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex workflows independently in a fast-paced environment
