Senior Power Apps/Power BI Developer
Job Summary
Seeking a full-time Senior Power Apps/Power BI Developer to work remotely, who will design, architect, and implement innovative Power Platform and business intelligence solutions to support federal agency missions, particularly within the Department of Veterans Affairs.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze customer needs and lead the development of design concepts focused on performance, usability, and security
- Design, build, and maintain Power Apps and architect Power BI data models, reports, and dashboards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to produce software design documents and mentor junior developers
Required qualifications
- Proven experience in developing Power Apps and Power BI solutions
- Strong knowledge of DAX measures and Power Query transformations
- Experience with Microsoft SQL Server and data integration techniques
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and software development life cycle (SDLC)
- Ability to ensure compliance with Section 508 accessibility requirements
