Senior Power BI Expert
Job Summary
Working remotely on a contract basis, the Senior Power BI Expert will lead the discovery, realignment, and modernization of enterprise reporting assets for the SEC Infrastructure Support Services program, transforming complex data into actionable leadership dashboards.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct technical discovery and refactoring of legacy Power BI data models, reports, and dashboards
- Collaborate with teams to establish unified reporting metrics and validate operational metrics
- Present reporting solutions and analytical findings to senior management and mentor internal team members on Power BI standards
Required qualifications
- U.S. Citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain an SEC Public Trust determination
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Management, or a related field
- 8+ years of hands-on experience in Power BI report development and data source integration
- Demonstrated track record of delivering high-visibility analytics projects under tight deadlines
- Experience presenting to executive-level audiences
