Job Summary
Seeking a Senior Power Platform Developer, this full-time hybrid position in Richmond, IN will manage the design, delivery, and support of collaboration and automation solutions, acting as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure timely and compliant Microsoft Power Platform implementations.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the Senior Technical Lead for SharePoint Online and Power Platform solutions
- Lead and manage Microsoft Power Platform-related projects, including requirements gathering and stakeholder communication
- Translate business needs into secure, scalable M365 solutions while establishing governance and best practices
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field
- 5+ years of experience supporting Microsoft 365 in an enterprise environment
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with SharePoint Online and Power Platform (Power Apps & Power Automate)
- 5+ years of experience leading or managing IT projects
- Solid understanding of M365 security, permissions, and data sources such as Dataverse
