Job Summary
Driving account momentum in a hybrid-remote environment, the full-time Senior PR Manager will manage client communications, ensure timely execution of deliverables, and maintain strategic quality across healthcare-focused PR initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, facilitating regular status updates and managing expectations
- Drive the execution of media strategies and campaigns while coaching junior team members on effective pitching and narrative development
- Monitor account output against quarterly scopes and KPIs, proactively addressing any deviations or risks
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in account management within an agency, particularly with healthcare clients
- Strong editorial judgment and ability to align tactical outputs with overarching PR strategies
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with experience leading client calls
- Existing relationships with national and trade media, along with experience in securing media placements
- Familiarity with PR and project management software such as Meltwater or MuckRack
