Senior Practice Architect, M365
Job Summary
As a Senior Practice Architect, M365, the full-time position will focus on owning and evolving the architectural direction of Microsoft 365 and Collaboration practices, providing technical leadership and customer advisory while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the architectural authority for Microsoft 365 and Modern Work, guiding technical direction and integration of AI capabilities
- Develop and document methodologies and best practices for Microsoft 365 Core workloads, ensuring consistency across engagements
- Engage with high-value customers as a trusted advisor, leading solution workshops and architecture reviews to drive transformative outcomes
Required qualifications
- At least 15 years of experience in a technical field, ideally with Microsoft technologies
- Deep expertise in Microsoft 365, Modern Work, and Microsoft Collaboration solutions
- Proven experience architecting complex Microsoft solutions for enterprise customers
- Strong architectural background in Endpoint Management, Entra ID, and Workplace Modernization
- Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
