Senior Pre-Sales Engineer

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Senior Pre-Sales Engineer will act as the primary technical architect for enterprise accounts, designing solutions, leading product demonstrations, and collaborating with sales and engineering teams to deliver effective content integration strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the technical authority during the sales cycle, presenting to senior client leaders and leading product demos
• Conduct requirements workshops with enterprise clients to define integration points and produce technical blueprints
• Design and implement workflows that connect translation management systems with client content management systems, ensuring security and scalability

Required qualifications

• Typically 7+ years of experience in localization engineering, pre-sales engineering, or solutions architecture
• Confidence in handling complex enterprise procurement and IT security discussions
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to automate manual processes
• Clear understanding of content intelligence and the ability to design solutions for shifting business needs
• Excellent cross-functional communication skills to align various teams and stakeholders
