Senior Pre-Sales Systems Engineer

Job Summary

To support a growing team, the remote Senior Pre-Sales Systems Engineer will drive innovation in the data storage industry by crafting tailored technical solutions, collaborating with sales teams, and showcasing product value to exceed customer expectations.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop a deep understanding of customer business drivers and decision-making processes
• Collaborate with account managers and partners to enhance customer experience and drive revenue growth
• Lead technical product presentations and manage evaluations, benchmarks, and system configurations

Required qualifications:

• Pre-sales experience is required
• 5+ years of relevant experience in technology, design, and communications, preferably in enterprise storage or networking
• Strong knowledge of current and emerging storage architectures (FC, iSCSI, NAS, SAN)
• Familiarity with modern web architecture and cloud-native solutions
• Experience with Linux and distributed network environments
