Job Summary
Driving innovation in the data storage industry, the full-time Senior Pre-Sales Systems Engineer will collaborate with sales teams to tailor technical solutions that meet customer needs and showcase the value of products and services while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Develop a deep understanding of customer business drivers and decision-making processes
- Partner with account managers and channel partners to create a seamless customer experience and drive revenue growth
- Lead technical presentations and evaluations, translating customer requirements into innovative solutions
Required qualifications
- 5 or more years of relevant pre-sales experience in enterprise storage, networking, or cloud solutions
- Deep understanding of multi-tiered client/server and web-based computing solutions
- Superior knowledge of current and emerging storage architectures (FC, iSCSI, NAS, SAN)
- Experience with Linux, NFS file systems, and distributed network environments
- Familiarity with cloud-native architectures and modern web technologies is a plus
