Senior Premium Auditor - PA Licensed
Job Summary
Determining premium bases for assigned accounts, the full-time Senior Premium Auditor - PA Licensed will conduct remote premium audits, analyze payroll records, and prepare comprehensive reports while working from home.
Key responsibilities
- Prioritize and schedule assigned audits, reviewing case information and obtaining necessary documentation from policyholders
- Conduct remote and on-site premium audits, including payroll and financial statement analysis, and perform entrance and exit interviews with policyholders
- Prepare detailed premium audit reports in compliance with company standards and respond to audit questions and disputes promptly
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in workers' compensation premium audit, preferably with Pennsylvania market experience
- Working knowledge of WCIRB or NCCI rules and regulations, along with home state manual rules
- Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Valid state driver's license and acceptable driving record
- Intermediate computer skills, including proficiency with spreadsheets and email
