Job Summary
Leading the development of AI delivery practices, the full-time Senior Principal AI Architect will shape strategy, enable teams, and support customer engagements in a remote role focused on integrating AI into project delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute the strategy for AI integration in Professional Services project delivery, establishing standards and best practices
- Enable and mentor teams on PTC's AI product capabilities, ensuring fluency among Solution Architects and Project Managers
- Serve as architectural lead on AI implementations, managing pre-sales activities and delivering end-to-end solutions for customers
Required qualifications
- 10+ years in enterprise software consulting, solution architecture, or systems engineering, with a focus on AI
- Hands-on expertise in AI technologies, including LLMs, multi-agent systems, and prompt engineering
- Proven track record of deploying AI solutions from concept to production
- Proficiency in Python and SQL, with experience in Java, Go, or TypeScript
- Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture, API integration, and data security governance
