Senior Principal Distribution Optimization
Job Summary
Driving the enterprise distribution strategy, the full-time Senior Principal Distribution Optimization will develop and execute initiatives to enhance network efficiency, service performance, and cost-to-serve across the distribution and fulfillment network while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute the enterprise distribution optimization roadmap and network design
- Evaluate and recommend distribution operating models, including 3PL and hybrid solutions
- Establish the distribution technology roadmap and partner with IT for system optimization
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Operations Management, Business, or related field
- 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in distribution, warehousing, or logistics
- Demonstrated experience leading distribution network and facility optimization initiatives
- Experience evaluating and implementing 3PL operating models and automation technologies
- Strong analytical and business case development capabilities
