Senior Principal of GRC
Job Summary
Seeking a full-time Senior Principal of GRC, this remote position will manage enterprise-wide cybersecurity programs, drive process design and transformation, and lead talent upskilling initiatives to enhance organizational cybersecurity effectiveness.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement AI-first operational transformations and refine existing workflows to optimize cybersecurity tooling
- Institute Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and automated dashboards to measure process effectiveness and organizational adoption
- Collaborate cross-functionally to design processes and tools that address AI-related cybersecurity risks and enhance external communications
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 12 years of experience in GRC or business leadership with a focus on innovative GRC strategies
- At least 10 years of experience in GRC domains, regulatory landscapes, and GRC technologies
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, Finance, Information Security, or a related discipline; Master's degree preferred
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional cybersecurity initiatives and influence without direct authority
- Experience building and implementing programs from scratch within an enterprise environment
