Senior Principal Product Manager

Job Summary

Owning the M0 pilot for the Flex commercial model, the full-time Senior Principal Product Manager will manage enterprise customer journeys, oversee manual wallet operations, and close execution gaps while working remotely across multiple functional teams to inform and enhance product strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Manage M0 customer journeys, focusing on onboarding and activation processes to identify model strengths and weaknesses
• Oversee manual wallet operations as a research tool to derive insights and improve the Flex model
• Address and close execution gaps by collaborating with Sales Strategy, Finance, and Marketing to enhance overall product delivery

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in product management, particularly in piloting new commercial models
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on operational excellence
• Experience working collaboratively across multiple functional teams
• Ability to write requirements documents and build financial models
• Demonstrated capability to influence without positional authority
