Senior Principal Project Manager

Job Summary

To support IT Infrastructure and Operations, the full-time remote Senior Principal Project Manager will drive coordination, governance, and disciplined delivery across a portfolio of complex initiatives while managing reporting, risk, and operational readiness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the central point for tracking and reporting project and operational initiatives within ITIO, ensuring consistent oversight and communication
• Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies across the ITIO portfolio, coordinating resolutions and escalations as needed
• Engage with service line teams to ensure operational readiness and effective change management for new capabilities and initiatives impacting ITIO

Required Qualifications:

• 8 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree; 6 years with a Master's; or 4 years with a PhD
• Demonstrated program/project management experience using Traditional Waterfall, Agile, and/or Hybrid methodologies on complex IT initiatives
• Experience managing a portfolio of diverse and complex IT projects with cross-functional dependencies and vendor collaboration
• Proven ability to influence and drive alignment across diverse stakeholders in a matrixed environment
• Familiarity with enterprise PM/Agile tooling such as Jira or Azure DevOps for portfolio tracking and reporting
