Job Summary
Leading the transformation of a global Enterprise Infrastructure & Cloud organization, the full-time Senior Principal Strategist will manage product operating models, oversee a significant workforce plan, and drive financial and portfolio management in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the transition to a product operating model for the EIC organization, advancing adoption from a 60% baseline
- Own the global workforce plan, managing staffing, requisition approvals, and succession planning in collaboration with HR and Finance
- Oversee the EIC delivery portfolio, including prioritization, resource allocation, and executive reporting
Required qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in technology with expertise in infrastructure, cloud, or IT operations
- Proven management of a technology operating budget of $150M or greater
- Experience managing a global workforce plan of 500+ employees and a contingent workforce
- Familiarity with SOX, HIPAA, and other regulatory frameworks
- Experience in a highly regulated industry such as healthcare or pharmaceuticals preferred
