Senior Privacy Compliance Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the Company's Anti-Money Laundering and privacy compliance initiatives, the full-time Senior Privacy Compliance Analyst will work in a hybrid environment to manage regulatory obligations, investigate privacy incidents, and enhance data governance practices.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, investigate, mitigate, and report privacy incidents to the legal team
• Perform analysis and enhanced due diligence for AML matters, including filing Suspicious Activity Reports
• Support consumer data rights requests and maintain privacy notices and related materials

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 4+ years of relevant experience in the financial services industry, preferably insurance
• 2+ years of compliance experience, particularly in privacy and data compliance
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to the insurance industry
• Strong analytical and investigative skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
