Senior Privacy Compliance Analyst

Job Summary

Serving as the subject matter expert for privacy incident response, the full-time remote Senior Privacy Compliance Analyst will manage the intake, investigation, risk assessment, and resolution of privacy incidents while ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the end-to-end response to privacy incidents, ensuring timely escalation and accurate documentation
• Assess incident scope and risk, determining notification obligations and drafting communications for affected parties
• Conduct root cause analysis of incidents, recommending corrective actions and maintaining incident response policies and procedures

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, legal, or a related field
• 4-6+ years of experience in privacy, fraud, or information security
• Demonstrated experience managing privacy and security incidents from intake through resolution
• Basic knowledge of federal and state privacy and data protection requirements
• Professional certifications in privacy, compliance, or security (e.g., CIPP/US, CIPM, CISSP) preferred
