Senior Privacy Compliance Analyst

Job Summary

Owning day-to-day privacy operations, the full-time Senior Privacy Compliance Analyst will manage privacy controls in the compliance program, operate privacy rights request processes, and report on privacy posture while working remotely until the local office opens in the Dallas, San Francisco, or New York City area.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the closure and ongoing maintenance of privacy controls in the GRC system and handle privacy rights requests
• Maintain an obligations library of legal, regulatory, and contractual privacy obligations mapped to controls and owners
• Report privacy posture and regulatory updates to security leadership on a monthly basis

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in privacy compliance or privacy risk management
• Experience conducting regulatory impact assessments for emerging privacy laws
• Proficiency in building and applying a risk-based compliance monitoring methodology
• Experience with GRC tooling is preferred
• CIPM, CIPP/E, or equivalent IAPP certification
