Senior Privacy Program Manager

Job Summary

Building and leading a world-class privacy and technical governance program, the full-time Senior Privacy Program Manager will manage a specialized team, ensuring compliance with global regulations while integrating Privacy by Design principles into products and overseeing data subject requests.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct and mentor a high-performing team, setting clear objectives and fostering continuous improvement in privacy operations
• Design and implement a comprehensive enterprise-wide privacy program, including governance frameworks and policies
• Oversee the end-to-end data subject access request (DSAR) program and lead responses to privacy incidents and data breaches

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in privacy, data protection, or IT governance within regulated environments
• 3+ years of direct people management experience with a proven track record in scaling governance or privacy teams
• Deep knowledge of global privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and security frameworks (e.g., SOC 2, ISO 27001)
• Familiarity with privacy automation tools and cloud-native governance platforms
• Technical aptitude to oversee governance roadmaps and understand development pipelines and access controls
