Senior Process Improvement Manager

Job Summary

Leading enterprise-wide process improvement initiatives, the full-time Senior Process Improvement Manager will utilize LEAN/Six Sigma methodologies to enhance operational efficiency and support clinical operations in a fully remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Lead process improvement and future-state design for Duals Care Management and D-SNP priorities across market and enterprise clinical operations
• Apply Lean, Six Sigma, and other methodologies to identify operational problems and develop sustainable solutions
• Partner with various teams to design scalable workflows and translate requirements into practical Care Management processes

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience; MBA or MHA preferred
• 6+ years of LEAN, Six Sigma, or related process improvement experience, preferably in healthcare
• Strong process mapping and design experience in complex healthcare environments
• LEAN/Six Sigma Black Belt or Master Black Belt certification preferred
• Demonstrated ability to influence without direct authority in matrixed organizations
