Senior Procurement Analyst
Job Summary
Supporting large-scale government operations, the full-time Senior Procurement Analyst will manage procurement services, perform price analysis, and ensure compliance with purchasing policies while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Interface with vendors and prepare requests for quotation (RFQ) activities
- Negotiate prices and terms with vendors to secure fair procurement prices
- Maintain vendor databases and ensure compliance with internal purchasing policies
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of procurement experience, or
- Associate's degree and 5+ years of procurement experience, or
- High school diploma or GED and 7+ years of procurement experience
- Experience with suppliers in technology, hardware, or software for government contracts
- Background check and successful completion of drug screening required
