Senior Procurement Analyst

Job Summary

To support a growing procurement team, the full-time Senior Procurement Analyst will manage high-impact deals, oversee procure-to-pay workflows, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a remote or hybrid environment across the U.S. and Canada.

Key responsibilities

• Own procurement intake and deal execution from request through contract signature and supplier onboarding
• Design and improve procurement processes, policies, and controls to support bank charter readiness
• Lead contract negotiations, coordinating commercial strategy, pricing discussions, and vendor communications

Required qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, P2P operations, or a related finance or operations role
• Hands-on experience with P2P or procurement systems such as Zip, Coupa, or Ariba
• Proven track record of independently leading negotiations with significant commercial outcomes
• Experience in building or improving procurement processes
• Familiarity with vendor risk, compliance, or third-party review processes
