Senior Procurement Contracts Manager

Job Summary

To support a growing procurement team, the full-time Senior Procurement Contracts Manager will lead supplier contracting engagements remotely, focusing on drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements while collaborating with various stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Lead supplier contracting engagements from intake through signature and manage ongoing updates
• Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of agreements, including Master Services Agreements and Statements of Work
• Coordinate contract reviews with internal stakeholders and risk partners to ensure compliance with contracting requirements

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent work experience
• 4+ years of experience in legal and/or contracts, specifically with commercial contract terms and procurement agreements
• Proven ability to manage multiple contract engagements simultaneously
• Experience partnering with legal or risk teams during contract review processes
• Exceptional writing and communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement
