Senior Procurement Manager

Job Summary

To support a high-performing procurement function, the full-time Senior Procurement Manager will develop and execute sourcing strategies across all marketing spend categories, identify cost-saving opportunities, and collaborate with internal stakeholders and external suppliers, with remote candidates also considered.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze spend data and manage supplier transitions while ensuring compliance with procurement practices
• Collaborate with stakeholders to establish category strategies and maintain strong relationships with internal partners
• Provide coaching and support to team members on sourcing projects and promote best practices across the team

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field
• Seven or more years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or purchasing
• Three or more years of experience managing marketing-related categories and related negotiations
• Proven negotiation and supplier management capabilities
• Strong project management experience with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
