Senior Procurement Manager

Job Summary

To drive cost structures and savings, the full-time remote Senior Procurement Manager will own procurement category strategy, manage RFP processes, and create pricing transparency while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance product excellence and sustainability goals.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute procurement category strategies to improve margins and achieve cost reductions
• Lead competitive RFP processes to secure optimal cost and commercial terms with manufacturing partners
• Utilize clean sheets for pricing transparency and collaborate with teams to optimize material-to-finished-good transitions

Required qualifications

• 12-15 years of experience in global procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management in a consumer goods or retail environment
• Proven track record running competitive RFP processes with international manufacturing partners
• Hands-on experience building and leveraging clean sheets for cost negotiation
• Strong analytical skills and comfort with data-driven decision making
• Experience working cross-functionally with merchandising, materials, and production teams
