Job Summary

To drive cost structures and savings in the jewelry category, the remote Senior Procurement Manager will define procurement strategies, manage competitive bidding processes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize material costs while ensuring product quality and sustainability.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute procurement category strategies to improve margins and achieve cost targets
• Structure and manage competitive RFP processes to secure optimal cost and terms with manufacturing partners
• Collaborate with teams to integrate material availability into product design and development for cost optimization

Required qualifications

• 12-15 years of experience in global procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management in consumer goods or retail
• Proven track record of running competitive RFP processes with international manufacturing partners
• Hands-on experience with clean sheets for cost negotiation
• Strong analytical skills and comfort with data-driven decision making
• Experience working cross-functionally with merchandising, materials, and production teams
