Senior Procurement Manager
Job Summary
The full-time Senior Procurement Manager will develop and execute category strategies for HR Total Rewards and Payroll spend, manage supplier relationships, and lead sourcing events while working remotely from anywhere in the USA on an east coast schedule.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and execute multi-year category strategies for HR Total Rewards and Payroll spend
- Lead complex sourcing events for benefits carriers and payroll processing platforms
- Negotiate contracts and manage supplier performance through structured governance
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Management, HR, or related field (MBA a plus)
- 10 years of progressive procurement/category management experience in HR/HCM, benefits, or payroll
- Demonstrated experience negotiating large, complex service contracts
- Strong understanding of the HR Total Rewards and Payroll vendor landscape
- Familiarity with data privacy and compliance considerations specific to HR/payroll data
