Senior Procurement Manager

Job Summary

To drive cost structures and savings in the footwear category, the full-time Senior Procurement Manager will manage procurement strategies, execute competitive bidding processes, and ensure pricing transparency while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute procurement category strategies to improve margins and align with business growth
• Structure and manage competitive RFP processes to secure optimal cost and commercial terms with manufacturing partners
• Collaborate with material sourcing and production teams to ensure competitive pricing and material availability for finished goods

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in global procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management in a retail apparel environment
• Proven track record of running competitive RFP processes with international manufacturing partners
• Hands-on experience with clean sheets for cost negotiation
• Strong analytical skills and comfort with data-driven decision making
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
