Senior Procurement Manager

Job Summary

Owning end-to-end procurement and supply of raw materials, packaging, and contract manufactured products, the full-time Senior Procurement Manager will ensure timely, cost-effective, and quality materials while managing supplier relationships and making strategic purchasing decisions remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all purchasing decisions for existing raw materials, packaging, and contract manufactured goods
• Act as the final decision-maker for purchase orders, validating quantities, timing, and supplier selection
• Identify and execute cost-saving opportunities while maintaining optimal inventory levels and supplier performance

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or supply chain, preferably in food or CPG manufacturing
• Proven track record of supplier relationship management and commercial negotiations
• Experience with inventory optimization and managing raw materials and packaging
• Strong analytical skills related to supply chain metrics and financial forecasting
• Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems and advanced Excel; fluency in Mandarin is a plus
