Senior Procurement Operations Specialist

Job Summary

Detail-driven and analytically minded, the full-time Senior Procurement Operations Specialist will manage product master data, execute procurement transactions, and oversee product costing in a remote environment while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Own the creation and maintenance of product master data within the ERP system, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Create and manage Blanket Purchase Orders (BPOs) and Purchase Orders (POs), resolving discrepancies with suppliers and internal stakeholders
• Monitor inventory performance and analyze trends to support replenishment decisions and prepare inventory reports for leadership

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in procurement operations, purchasing, supply chain, or inventory management
• Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite, SAP, or Oracle
• Strong understanding of product master data, SKU management, and procurement processes
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including data analysis and experience with reporting tools like Tableau or Power BI
