Senior Procurement Specialist
Job Summary
Managing relationships with Direct and Contract Manufacturing categories, the hybrid Senior Procurement Specialist will optimize sourcing, supplier selection, and contract management while driving cross-functional projects and supporting innovation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement long-term Category Sourcing Strategies to minimize risk and optimize supplier agreements
- Lead supplier performance reviews and support new product launches through effective supplier partnerships
- Act as the Single Point of Contact for factory escalations and ensure effective communication between procurement and factory teams
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required; Master's Degree preferred
- 3+ years of purchasing, material management, or technical/manufacturing experience preferred
- CPM Certification is a plus
- Experience with SAP, Ariba, and I-Nexus preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite products, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
