Senior Producer

Job Summary

Owning the day-to-day development of large game systems and features, the full-time Senior Producer will coordinate project execution, build development roadmaps, and manage resources across multiple teams in a remote or Culver City-based environment.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate the execution of game systems and features to align with product goals
• Build and maintain development roadmaps and schedules while tracking deliverables for quality and timeliness
• Manage cross-functional teams and foster collaboration throughout the development process

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of production experience in game development teams
• Strong understanding of game production fundamentals and best practices
• Experience managing cross-functional game development teams from early development to launch
• Familiarity with JIRA and Kanban methodologies is preferred
• Experience in LiveOps is a plus
