Senior Producer, Business Development

Job Summary

To support the Business Development team on a fixed three-month contract, the remote Senior Producer, Business Development will translate experiential concepts into realistic production plans and budgets, focusing on the bidding and proposal process while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities:

• Review RFPs and creative briefs to assess production feasibility, scope, timing, and cost
• Develop detailed, line-item production budgets for experiential campaigns and brand activations
• Partner with Business Development and Creative teams to create pitch-ready budgets and production slides

Required qualifications:

• Proven experience in experiential production and agency-side production
• Strong understanding of experiential marketing, including logistics and live-event requirements
• Demonstrated ability to develop detailed production budgets for pitches and proposals
• Experience sourcing vendors and validating preliminary production costs
• Strong financial acumen with knowledge of production pricing and agency fees
