Job Summary
Seeking a high-energy Senior Producer of Live Operations for Baseball Hits 26, this full-time role will manage the live ops data process, oversee the live ops calendar, and serve as the primary point of contact for live issues, all in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Own the live ops data process end to end, including planning, tracking, coordination, validation, and merging to production
- Manage the live ops calendar, ensuring updates and external communications are timely and accurate for all stakeholders
- Act as the team's first responder on live issues, tracking and escalating as necessary while keeping all parties informed
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of production experience on mobile F2P live-service products
- 2+ years as a key stakeholder on Production, Development Director, or Live Ops teams
- Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong skills with Microsoft Office and similar tools, with a quick learning ability for new tools
- Detail-oriented with a meticulous approach to spotting and correcting errors
