Senior Product Acceleration Specialist
Job Summary
Driving customer success and product adoption, the remote Senior Product Acceleration Specialist will support enterprise accounts by providing architectural guidance, troubleshooting technical issues, and enabling developer teams on the Auth0 platform.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with G2K Enterprise Customers to guide complex implementation patterns and resolve configuration challenges
- Collaborate with Sales Engineering and Go-To-Market teams to develop Proof of Concepts and support New Product Introductions
- Act as a technical liaison to gather feedback on product features and enhancements from enterprise customers
Required qualifications
- 6+ years in a customer-facing technical role within a Go-To-Market organization delivering identity or SaaS solutions
- Expert-level understanding of the Auth0 platform and Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) patterns
- Proven experience in full-stack application development using JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, and React
- In-depth knowledge of identity protocols such as SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, and OpenID Connect
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline
