Job Summary
As a remote-based position, the Senior Product Analyst Sales CXM will serve as the strategic leader responsible for managing the CRM platform's business requirements and features, collaborating with Global and Regional Sales stakeholders to translate needs into actionable backlog items for high-quality delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Own and prioritize the product backlog for Sales CXM capabilities, ensuring alignment with the overall strategy and roadmap
- Lead Agile Squads as the primary product owner, participating in sprint planning and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality work
- Incorporate user feedback into backlog refinement and track success metrics related to sales efficiency and user adoption
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, engineering, economics, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in sales, marketing, commercial operations, or related roles
- Experience in change management and business transformation with a focus on enhancing sales productivity
- Strong facilitation and leadership skills, comfortable working with senior leadership and diverse teams
- Data-driven approach to measure adoption, process improvements, and productivity gains
