Senior Product Analyst
Job Summary
To support a product team delivering a clinical data management platform, the full-time Senior Product Analyst will lead complex analysis from discovery through delivery, ensuring alignment with business value while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead product analysis for complex initiatives from discovery through implementation and acceptance
- Translate complex business needs into clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Collaborate with System Engineers, Quality Engineering, and Scrum team members to resolve questions and support shared understanding
Required Qualifications
- Significant experience in product analysis, business analysis, or a related role within a product or technology delivery environment
- Experience working as an embedded member of a Scrum team and actively participating in iterative product delivery
- Demonstrated ability to independently lead complex analysis from discovery through delivery and acceptance
- Strong skills in problem framing, requirements analysis, and user story development
- Experience using Jira or a comparable backlog-management platform
