Senior Product Builder
Job Summary
To enhance the Merchant Onboarding process, the full-time Senior Product Builder will define, design, and prototype features, focusing on automating merchant intake and real-time underwriting validation in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Define, design, and build end-to-end proof-of-concept features for the Merchant Onboarding domain
- Create technical specifications and wireframes to facilitate execution by engineering teams
- Conduct direct user discovery with merchants to rapidly convert feedback into working solutions
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree (BA or BS) or equivalent experience
- 8+ years of experience in technical product roles such as Product Manager or Product Engineer
- High fluency with LLM APIs and AI-assisted coding agents
- Strong technical fundamentals with proficiency in SQL, JavaScript, and REST/web APIs
- Proven experience working with Agile software development teams
