Senior Product Configuration Analyst
Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Senior Product Configuration Analyst will implement and modify products on order entry platforms, support enhancements requested by business partners, and collaborate with various teams to drive improvements in the B2B space.
Key responsibilities:
- Implement new products and features, and modify existing products on order entry platforms
- Review platform changes to assess their impact on business needs and conduct unit testing of configurations
- Represent Delaware Life in industry working groups and communicate project status to internal and external stakeholders
Required qualifications:
- 5 years of product configuration experience with Zinnia AnnuityNet, iPipeline Affirm, or iCapital Firelight platforms
- 5 years of experience with forms tagging, rules, data mapping, and e-Signature tagging
- Working knowledge of ACORD data standards and XML structures
- Experience in representing carrier priorities and influencing industry direction
- Bachelor's degree preferred
