Senior Product Consultant
Job Summary
To support impactful client engagements, the full-time Senior Product Consultant will partner with clients and internal teams to configure solutions, provide technical expertise, and manage project requirements, all while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver on-time and on-budget collaborative engagements that drive customer satisfaction and adoption of solutions
- Plan, organize, and manage project tasks, decisions, and escalations to align with long-term customer objectives
- Build strong relationships with customer admins, acting as a trusted consultant on leveraging the CLM platform effectively
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree or 6 years with a Master's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a relevant field
- Experience working directly with businesses to understand needs and apply technology solutions
- 4+ years of consulting experience leading implementation and solution architecture in Software or SaaS industries
- Familiarity with document and content management or workflow systems for business process improvement
- Proven track record of delivering projects or products to market within budget
